Breakfast done right at @maplestreetbiscuitcompany! We checked out their new location near Woodlake off Hull Street, and MAN do I want to go back!

We got:

• The Squawking Goat: An UNREAL biscuit sandwich with fried chicken, goat cheese, and pepper jelly. It was out of this world! Would 100% recommend this to anyone who visits.
• Bacon & Cheddar Frittafle: A waffle-iron baked omelet. Yes, you read that right! Came with some delicious “smashbrowns” and a nice roasted jalapeño salsa.
• Kid’s Egg & Biscuit: You’re simple scrambled eggs served with a fluffy biscuit and jam. That jam is PERFECTION.
• Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice: Very fresh, and very good!

Overall the Squawking Goat really stood out among the items we tried. Made me want to go back and try some of the other biscuit-centric menu items they offer — like the “Five & Dime”, “The Farmer”, “High Steaks”, and especially their “Iced Cinnamon Biscuits”!
