The king of fusion food is HERE! Everyone say hello to @globalfusionrva — one of the newest restaurants in @thefanrva. We tried a variety of foods from all across the globe, all of which were DELICIOUS!

We got:

• Wings tossed in an Indian Tandoori sauce. Fragrant and beautifully seasoned!
• Crispy fried tots with Gruyère, Gouda, Fontina cheese, and scallions. An absolute MUST!
• The “Seoul”. A hot dog topped with Korean pulled pork, kimchi, ginger mustard, scallions, and sesame seed.
• The “Istanbul”. Freshly grilled naan with smoked chicken, pickled onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, lemon garlic yougurt. A wonderful symphony of Mediterranean flavors!
• The “Casablanca”. Freshly grilled naan with smoked brisket, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, harissa mayo, parsley. This was a SHOW STOPPER! Still can’t stop thinking about the unique and perfect combination of flavors in this one!

Oh — they also have the new Stubborn sodas, all of which are soooo good. My new favorite drink has gotta be the pineapple cream soda. Ooooooof I dream about that at night 😂.
